We had a spacious bedroom. It was based in very convenient building in a comfortable location, near centre for those that want to drive: )

Definitely, there was elevator missing.

The Ibis Provins in Provins is a hidden gem. Excellent location, quiet surroundings, and comfortable rooms. Excellent staff were pretty good to assist us. Great breakfast and storage facilities for bicycles.

The hotel was conveniently located and clean. It had great facilities including free parking and a good breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. I could easily walk to the main town centre and the tourist office.

The hotel offers a good breakfast and has free wifi, which is a plus. it has plenty of car parking space. The location is not too far from the centre, and there are nearby supermarkets for any necessary purchases.

The hotel could improve its maintenance. The entrance lobby needs sweeping and cleaning, as does the area around the entrance.

Great Easter weekend, excellent food and lovely staff. We loved the free parking and the quietness of the hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Plus, the location was ideal with many nearby attractions and beautiful scenery.

Our reservation was lost, and we had to argue to get a room at the agreed price. the receptionist was quite rude and unhelpful during this time, which was a huge letdown.

I made the most of my stay by enjoying the al fresco dining on the terrace and discovering the historic underground tunnels. The food made with Provins roses was a unique culinary experience.
